1975, Amaya Shipping Inc. was recognized and registered under the
Securities & Exchange Commission in accordance with the laws of the
Republic of the Philippines. Thereafter, Amaya Shipping Inc. has been
performing crewing & husbanding services not only with dedication
but also adhering to the best maritime traditions protecting the
interest of all ship-owners, managers and charterers.
